Where we ship
Every country in the European Union.
Shipping cost
Founders Drop: free shipping to every EU country, every delivery.
From Batch 002 (Operator plans): free in the Netherlands and Belgium, €6.95 per delivery elsewhere in the EU. Shown at checkout before you pay.
Delivery time
We ship within 2 working days of payment. Delivery after shipping: the Netherlands 1–3, Belgium 2–3, rest of the EU 2–5 working days.
If we expect a delay (out of stock, supplier issue), we'll email you with a revised date and offer a refund if you don't want to wait.
Track and Trace
Parcels go out with our carrier. You'll receive a Track and Trace link by email when your order leaves our warehouse.
Missing or damaged delivery
If your tracking shows delivered but you didn't receive the package, check first with neighbours and any local pickup point. If it's still missing after 48 hours, email hi@getmode3.com with your order reference and we'll start an investigation with the carrier and re-ship at our cost.
If the package arrives damaged, photograph the box and contents before opening anything further, then email us within 7 days. We replace any product damaged in transit.
Subscription renewals
Subscription deliveries follow the same schedule: shipped on the renewal date, arriving 1–5 working days later depending on your country. You can pause or skip a delivery by emailing us at least 5 days before your renewal date.
Outside the EU
Not yet. If you'd like MODE³ in your country, email hi@getmode3.com. We keep a waiting list.
